About Casa Coco

Casa Coco is a private, fully staffed beachfront estate in Los Naranjos, Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca, Mexico. The 11,000-square-foot home was designed for groups of friends and families who want the space and privacy of an exclusive villa together with thoughtful, hotel-level hospitality. Seven bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, accommodate up to 17 overnight guests.

The estate

Casa Coco combines indoor-outdoor living with direct Pacific beach access, a saltwater infinity pool, an office and media room with Starlink wifi, a gym, a massage casita, and access to the Los Naranjos tennis and padel courts. The home and its custom Mexican design were featured in the September 2024 issue of Architectural Digest.

Hospitality

The full-time team includes a chef-led culinary staff, housekeepers, maintenance staff, and pre-arrival and onsite concierge support. Before arrival, the house manager works with guests on menus and preferences. Groceries, beverages, and requested purchases are billed at cost without a markup; gratuity is optional.
